I know you can post on places like elancer and ifreelance and some of those places and get people to make you a custom one and they bid on the project and you pick the best price. Just throwing an idea out there.

Unless you want to have something custom made up this is the only off the shelf product that I've found to be any good.

I have been using Wordpress with a few mods.

I have seen Konrads review script. It's pretty damn good.
