Will the pps promo in Aug be for the typical free cc verify streamate signup, or for an actual surfer purchase?

The surfer will have to make some kind of purchase (even $1.00) for you to get the $50pps. Currently we are tracking free sign-ups/CC verification in NATs and do display them to the affilaites.
