Why does Paypal sometimes work with an Epass card
 

One day it does and the other day it doesn't. This has been going on for a long time already.

I talked to Epassporte a while back and they told me it will not work because there is so much fraud with money sending.

I have the same problem, but with several sites. Perhaps they use several processors randomly and one has better security, thus blocking the ePassporte cards. I have no idea why else that could happen.
