Selling 100+ sites - 40k+ hits per day - 20,000 or best offer
 

I am selling over 100 sites, with over 40,000 hits per day - Mostly clicked traffic.

The network is a mess and im tired of working on it. So this would be great for someone who would be willing to fix up the network, the traffic could be over 100k per day easily, if all the sites were fixed and running properly.

Right now lots of trades are dead, sites not linking back ect. So i will let the network go cheap to someone who wants to fix it up.

Also, the sites are not monetized properly - they are only making around 500 per month, from 2 paysite sponsors and 1 PPC sponsor. Although half of the sites i am not adverising on at all, or im using old sponsors that dont pay properly.

We have over 100 sites, including blogs, MGP sites, forums, link lists and more. Alot of the sites are over 4 years old, and they have all been indexed for years.

Its quiet a good network, it just needs alot of fixing up.

Please don't interpret this post as me being a dick, because that's not at all my intention. Do you really expect to get 40X your posted monthly income? That seems like a lot of money for sites that you admit will require a lot of work. It sounds like you are pricing based on potential, not current, value.

I wish you all the best - I really do, but I just can't see it. I don't claim to be an expert in site prospecting, but damn - that's a lot of money for $500 monthly income.

I have an investor with 5m - 15m USD to spend on sites...doing 40-50k a month up to 200k a month in income...they'll only spend 12-20 months income on average...top end is 24 mos and the stats have to be solid and long standing with a steady increase in growth/income. Anything above and beyond that is pretty much a pipe dream imo...

Nah thats fair enough fellas i am really just putting it out there. If its not worth that much then its probably better for me to monetize it better.

I will take offers anyhow, i still think the network is worth a bit if you check it out.

Realy im sure the network could make 100$ a day easily, so thats 36,500 per year - of course you have to put some work in to get it there tho.
