am i the only one that cant load the navigation when i loged in? there comes this text when i scroll down in the upper frame:

it is only readable when you select items and drag the mouse down.. but i need to reach the linking code section now.. anyone same problem or whats wrong here?

and is there any other possibility to reach this sections without the navigation in the upper frame?

Same problem here. No top navigation, error message instead.
