Thanks, here is a little bit more about what I would need since there seems to be a variety of offerings:

- a web designer that would be able to create promot tools and design free hosted galleries
- a web designer that would be able to provide the sponsor program page design (one time project)
- someone that could help with encoding the video / basic editing / tube clips / fhg clips / watermarking
- someone who could help with regular descriptions for updates and blog posts

It's about a brand new sponsor program.
