VISA: delaware incorporation for non-US webmasters options
 

hi all,
for any Canadian/Euro/Aussie webmasters that are trying to use the Deleware incorporation route to get into compliace with VISA to salavage your CCBill, et all recurring databases, it looks like the next step is to get a resident agent in the US that gives you a point of physical presence. Here's the state of Delaware's listing for licensed residnt agents:
