Gallery Hosting Interest?
 

The wheels in my mind started turning last night and I came up with this:

I was thinking of offering free gallery hosting off my box, as long as the gallery sponsor used was signed up under my referral. Would anyone be interested in this? I would think this would appeal most to newbs who want to get started in the biz.

Mabye someone already does this, I have no idea. Any interest?

I'd still be charging them something for bandwidth. Charge them 25 or 50 cents a gig or something.

UNLESS you have a dedicated line that you aren't entirely using.

Hrmm, ok. I just see free hosts popping up all over the place, and I wanted a way to stand out.

I think it's a superb deal for anyone. You have to sign up for a sponsor anyway. Just great.

Correct, it is NOT an original Idea. Many free hosts have tried that and have gone under because of it. It i not a very viable way to make a cent. This is just my 2 cents based on the many many who have already tried this and have failed.
