Where I live, kids can do bjj or Capoeira. There's also an affiliated program for Judo, TKD and Aikido. No MMA until you're older, though.

I don't like to see kids that young doing full out ground and pound and striking each other in the face like that. Their parents are obviously idiots. I also think any professor/instructor that would teach or encourage it, is also an idiot and no one I would ever train under or give my money to.
