Paypal.. no adult... why do they say this?

I always have heard that Paypal won't deal with any adult materials, period.

Digital Goods ? PayPal prohibits all account holders from buying or selling sexually oriented digital goods, including downloadable pictures or videos, subscriptions to websites, or other content delivered through a digital medium.

Other Prohibited Goods and Services ? PayPal prohibits all account holders from buying or selling any sexually oriented goods or services involving minors or made to appear to involve minors, and any services for which the purpose is to facilitate meetings for sexually oriented activities. They have this in there to fit their needs. They tried to kill my account just for having a donation button on one of my adult sites. I think paypal has forgotten what got them here.

They used to accept adult.

The thing that got us more upset, was that fact that they spent a good year or two being very agreasive in signing up adult sites.

The lost revenue was big for us.

I would believe anyone who said paypal cost them
They're not helpful or useful as far as I know

It's my understanding that you can sell novelty items, dildo, toys, etc... but ultimately, it is at their discretion if they kill your account or not.

I lost my account seveal years ago and I was selling videos and cds and via mail only.
