Good software for e-mail marketing/newsletters?
 

I have a mainstream project for a customer down here in Brazil that will demand some e-mail marketing.

He already got 5k e-mails on his own database, and he wants to send regular newsletters.

What is the best software for such thing?

And no, it's not spam. 100% opt-in e-mails, with paying customers only.
