Do you eat healthy?
 

Just curious how many webmasters here actually watch what they eat.

My bad diet combined with sitting infront of the computer all day means I'm blessed with hemroids at the age of 18. YaY!

I acutally like McDonalds... is that healthy?

ahh, i'm somewhat of a hypocrite when it comes to healthiness.. i go lifting all the time, but i don't eat how i should at all. breakfast = waffles n' chocolate milk... and i dont have a breakfast / dinner, i eat junk food at random times of the day. but, i'm fit so im coo. gonna start eating right soon though.

Organic fruit and vegetables... no meat. I also at least ride a bicycle or run everyday for exercise... and health is essential to my self respect.

A lot of people ought to try saying that 20 times while staring at their precious yeasty sugar addictions. Maybe hit the smelling salts while they're at it.

You might want to trying a different sitting setup. Like a kneeling chair, or an exercise ball. that will take the pressure off your okole. good luck.

No hemroids but in the since I started sitting in front of the computer 4 nights a week and eating more takeout I have packed the lbs on.... I really need to get out and get some exercise and lay off the McFat food!

On a side note I have no intentions of sueing McDonalds... I take full responsiblty for my current situation.

I am a computer programmer. I spend almost every waking hour in front of a computer. Do I eat healthy? Maybe you should be asking if what I eat constitutes as food. =)

i space out my meals and eat protein every few hours, but thats about it.

i eat whatever i want... never gain weight, which i blame on cigs and beer.. funny beer has calories and all but it never puts a pound on me. i just got a high metabolism that burns faster than a wildfire in africa
