Heck, just looking in that same category, type in Bang Bus, you'll see that there's a couple of people selling them, it's sad seeing that people are actually bidding on them, making those jackasses, along with all of the others that are selling content that isn't theirs :mad:

This has been going on a while, they should atleast find out who is selling them and get some lawyers on the case. I bet it is kids though.

The sad thing is that looking at the guy's feedback, he has 27 positive feedbacks in the last 7 days and all of the auction's are private, so that means that he must be making a few bucks off of other people's stuff.

I reviewed all adult section there, and I think it's not a threat at all. How anyone can get something selling 4CDs for $5??? You need to spend more just to make them... And 9 of 10 auctions get closed without any bids...

Sadly there is not much you can do about this.
Most of the time its 12 yo kids that just get a slap on the hand from theire father.
Somone was stoped about 1 month ago...10 days later he was back selling another stolen product GEZZZZZZ

eBay is not "supposed to regulate the content of it's auctions." This would be impossible.

However eBay has a verio program that copyright holders, artists, writers, movie companies etc can join.

If you then see your copyrighted product being sold then through the verio program the seller is contacted and/or the auction is removed.

$6.95 for shipping and handling too. $14 ain't bad for stealing some's vids and burning them to CDs.

Fuck EBay, 90% of it is fraud.

We have had our best results in controlling Ebay infringement by contacting the sellers directly. If its a USA customer, you can bid on the item and then get their contact info from Ebay, including their phone number. We have done this on occasion when we found our content being sold VCD'd. It certainly gets their attention when you call them and followup with a cease and desist letter telling them to cancel all bids and close their auctions. If there are multiple bids on the items you can also tell the seller that you had a shill bid on the item on your behalf and that if the seller attempts to contact the bidders later and sell the item off ebay, you would consider that bad faith and pursue litigating that matter instead of letting them off the hook with just a warning. When you think about it Ebay/Paypal offers a perfect means to document infringement/monetary gain and it provides you with an easy witness list. Given the opportunity to be a witness against the seller or added in as a defendant i think most previous buyers would be easy to flip against the seller.

Dont bother going through Ebay's Verio program. Its a joke how slow they move.

Another thing you can do is set your Ebay "Favorites" section to conduct a search with some keywords to your product. You can get three searches to run automatically and email you in the event they find something, that way you arent glued to Ebay searching for the scumbag infringers all the time.

Well it depends upon who you are...the verio program is pretty fast on the mainstream side of things.

eBay has always treated the adult side as it's retarded bastard child that lives under the stair case.
