Vid encoding tips
 

Anyone that does work going from DV format to others, I'd appreciate some tips on how you go about it.

I use a PC, premiere to edit then convert from DV AVI to Intel Indeo(sp?) AVI, then start encoding from there.

I'm looking to go from

DV -> NSTC VCD Mpeg
DV -> Low file size anything.

But what I really have trouble with is DV->Divx. I can never seem to get any sort of quality.

Any tips, I'd love em.
