For what it's worth, I can vouch for czarina's work. I had her do my site because I have the design skills of a half-retarded yak. You can see it here: http :// yetanotherpornsite . com.

It's slightly modified from what she delivered (sorry, czarina!) but she was able to create a great site - quickly and inexpensively - when all I could give her was "Uhhhh....here's the title, and that's about all I have..."

I would definitely recommend her to someone needing a good design done quickly and on the cheap. :thumbsup
