can any hosting company match or better this Managed Dedicated server

1 GB RAM
80 GB IDE
2 TB/mo Bandwidth (100 Mbps port)
5 IPs
cPanel

for $45 month with a discounted for 1 year

the cpanel license along costs about 30-35/month depending on your relationship to cpanel.

not for that spec, I have contacts that sell left over hardware of that spec in 1u for 150/pop.
