You can have more then 5 domains :-) No problem. Also backups are daily made(4 free)

With virtual, ask them how many accounts max they put on every box, and what size of accounts they are.
Some places will put 200+ clients on a box, sure, you get cheap bandwidth, but the server is too slow to even serve it most of the time

But in reality, I would suggest using www.likewhoa.com or www.choopa.com for virtual hosting.
