I need windows servers (Low BW, but High Ram + Processing)

I am looking for around 5 right now
Windows Server 2003 no other OS
I don't need much BW (only 500GB ) however they do need to sit on a fast line.
I'm more interested in fast processors and a lot of RAM. Preferably 2 GB of RAM.
Each Server needs to have 2 Hard Drives.
I do not like to overpay either. Also, I will be looking for something on a month-by-month basis, so no contracts.
