Is this one of those "Who cares" threads?

Kind of surprised they haven't already. Only thing I still use Yahoo for is music.yahoo.com.

I dont think there is any doubt, juts a matter of time. However Yahoo is still doing great things. I love their Yahoo Answers thing.

I'm pretty sure they have, yahoo run everything on .com (pretty much), google spread the traffic out to a ton of different country extensions + different domains for different services.
I would be very surprised if yahoo got more traffic than google

exactly, google has many domains in the top 100 list... yahoo has 1... if you add googles up, it surpasses yahoo, and by alot

Google already is WAY bigger than Yahoo.

Come to think of it, about the only time I venture to a Yahoo site is when google shows one in a search result.

Yahoo blows imo, google rocks.. Yahoo has only cost me about 30k in losses in stocks over the years lol.

Google is an overbloated whale, it gives you money but it sucks balls as a company.

Google mixed in with all its foreign sites obviously has more page views with google.co.uk and all its other sites

What I meant to say is will Yahoo.com being rank 1 on Alexa
And Google.com being rank 2 on Alexa

See, when the alexa toolbar installs on google surfers they easily know of a decent search engine where they can find information to uninstall it. :1orglaugh

Anyways I remember seeing Alexa saying surfers dont necessarily need the alexa toolbar anymore for Alexa to count the hits for the Alexa rank.

That means Yahoo surpasses Google... You got it wrong, and no, it will never happen. Bow down to Google.
