You unscrew the back of your keyboard and remove the keys and place such in a pale of worm soapy water and of course wipe down every part and rinse and put back together your keyboard... Should take about 45 minutes.

or buy yourself a new keyboard for between $30 - $45

Put it in the dishwasher. Don't let it dry, just wash. Then let it air dry for 3 or 4 days.

Yes,don't bother removing them.Fantastic will remove most of the grim..use a soft well worn toothbrush and scrub lightly.give it a good blast of air though.works like a charm believe me

camgirlshide 07-10-2008 08:12 PM

the dishwasher method does work

so does buying a new keyboard - they are pretty cheap.

beemk 07-10-2008 08:24 PM

isnt a new keyboard like $10? just buy a new one

MediaGuy 07-10-2008 08:26 PM

I don't know about these modern keyboards... they all suck anyway.

MY old IBM board I could open up, take out the circuit board, soak the keys and air clean the contacts...

J. Falcon 07-10-2008 08:28 PM

I got weed crumbs in between my keys? How do I get them out? Thanks.

Pop all the keys off and soak them in a bucket with some oxy-clean.

How much does a bucket of oxyclean cost? Keyboards have germs, spills.cleaning them beats jumping in the car and buying one when you're busy

Evil E 07-10-2008 09:19 PM

Call me lazy but I usually buy a new one.

I dont think I've eaten one meal AWAY From my pc in YEARS. I ONLY eat in front of the pc. I like to eat and read at the same time, I cannot just sit there and eat when just sitting there and doing nothing else, I have to eat and read, and no I can't read a book or newspaper, it has to be internet forums!

Well... pay someone for three days to clean 30 keyboards as I had indicated above and you will have it done for less then buying 30 new keyboards...

Later, :upsidedow
