$1000 will last you roughly a week in Florida if you're just on vacation. Thats not including your place to stay, car rental, park tickets etc. We went to Florida the last two years on vacation and each time it cost me $6000 for three weeks. That also included a weekend in Miami tho which is pretty expensive if you wanna party in the nice clubs etc.

No you wont get far with that amount. And unless you are a US citizen forget grabbing a small job to pay for it.

Its $1.000 USD.. its one night in a normal club.. nothing more.

We just booked a big family trip to Walt Disney world. It's $450 per person and that includes 8 nights at the hotel, 2 meals per day and 8 tickets to get into the parks. We usually go every year and have since I was a child. This is the cheapest it's EVER been.

you can stay a week at most beaches for about $1k. huge price difference if you rent a few blocks back from the beach, rather than on the water. I just stayed in NJ for a week in some ladys time share 1bd apt for $400.

check CL

I've stayed in NYC for a month on less than $1,000.

Wow that sounds like a steal. Unless your plane tickets are 800/person!

It will buy you a decent escort...

That is indeed very cheap. When we went to Orlando the last two years we rented a Villa between 4 of us (me, my gf, my friend and his gf) It worked out cheaper than staying in a hotel and was much better since we had our own pool, hot tub and had the car if we needed it. Our park tickets cost around $600 for both Disney and Universal and that was 3 week open tickets unlimited admission.

All in all each of us spent $6000 each year for the 3 weeks. But that was us spending around $1000 each on a weekend to Miami and buying some clothes and so on. Its still very cheap in Florida. You get amazing meals for $30 per person with a couple of drinks. In the UK thats gonna cost you double that.

Damn that is cheap. I swear I spent a grand at Disneyland in one day. I did buy a shit load of gifts for other people though. That is how they get you, the gift stores. :thumbsup
