I think the worst part about all of this is two of the court justicies seem to have voted AGAINST the law to have sex with dead bodies against the law. But you do have to feel a bit of sympathy with those guys because they're all to ugly to have any living person consent to have sex with them.

i would think a law would already exist for that

one judge tried to make a ruling that the current law of consent that someone has to give consent and that it applied to the dead too, but it was shot down. But in that circumstance, someone could actually give consent prior to death to have their body fornicated and it would be allowed... though I'm not sure who would do that. Maybe when one of those 3 kids dies they'll allow some pervert to do it.

Oddly enough, this isn't the first time that the comprehensiveness of Wisconsin's laws pertaining having to sex with corpses has come into question....

In Wednesday's 5-2 decision, the high court said Wisconsin law makes sex acts with dead people illegal because they are unable to give consent.

Yet no mention in the article about those 2 judges?? The media is ON THE BALL these days
