PhatServers - WTF???
 

To my friends at PhatServers - how can you be so good? How can you be so professional? Every time I contact you regarding an issue - I hear back from you within minutes. When I ask for small favors like....installing a script - it's done within minutes. When I offer to pay extra - you won't allow it. You treat me like a big player and all I have is a small virtual account with you. How can you live with yourself?

Special thanks to Chris who always reminds me why I do business with Phatservers...and why you should to if you need a good hosting company!

Been with them for years wouldn't host anywhere else....

I tried to sign up for a server once, couldn't get through to anyone - ICQ or email.

Eventually said "fuck it" and went someplace else.

It could be the lunch time circle jerks?

good words for mine longest hosting provider.... i have virtual account too several years and they are so fast when i have some kind of issue....

We are on the other side of the world and still the support is spot on. They really do run 24 hour support. Nothing but good to say about Phatservers. I give them a problem they solve it.

Yep got to aggree here I opened a small hosting plan with them and thier support is A1

they are the fastest on support out of all hosts

I was with Servage before Phatservers and they had also a fast A1 support. But Phatsevers is a real hostig company where your business can grow on fast servers, but not with Servage.
