I just watched Iron Eagle.

Yeah, when I was a kid that movie rocked. I caught it a few weeks ago on tv and I was shocked at how bad it was.

Same story with The A Team. I used to LOVE that show when I was a kid. Now I can't sit through an entire episode.

Used to watch that one as a kid too. I recorded it onto VHS back then. Maybe I wouldn't like it now if I watched it.. I dunno. Hard to not like things you saw as a kid even if they don't age well.

exactly, i used to think Doug was the shit in Iron Eagle, I saw it on TV about a year ago and the kid has some issue's.

My son watches Dukes of Hazzard re-runs and thinks the show rules. I watched a couple of episodes with him and was wondering how I used to be obsessed with the show.

Yup. I remember me and my friends used to do that "Eagles" thing like they do on the movie lol. I was taking pilot lessons back then and planned on going to the Air Force, but my vision wasn't 20/20 and laser surgery wasn't an option back then.

Ateam I can still sit through but I giggle. lol

LOL. I was just gonna mention "Dukes Of Hazzard" and then decided not to. I was gonna ask myself whether or not I'd like that show now. Same as you, I was obsessed with that show as a kid. I had the toy car and everything.

Im thinking about one where a group of kids made their own space craft. They took off from their back yard in it or something. Fuck if I can remember the name.

Explorers! Ethan Hawke, River Phoenix and some other kid... Used to watch that as a kid too!

Cool. Ya, that was a good one. "Legend Of Billie Jean" is another movie we watched as kids back then too. Loved that one. Saw some of it not that long ago again...

The best scene in IRON EAGLE was when Louis Gossett Jr. has the jukebox playing and is playing pool. I wonder if youtube has that scene. I think that is what I remember most from that movie. It was a funny scene, and funny song for him to listen to.
