I see you on gfy and was pleasantly surprised....... Anyway I have a favor or dare how ever you want to take it.


There is a webmaster whose head is just a tad too big and I think he needs whacked down a few pegs..... http://www.cliphunter.com


I'll give ya the lowdown:


he started a thumbnail gallery post a few years ago not more than 3..... how he got his site up to 400k was to make/get a little program that crawls through tgp sites and rips all there links and puts it into a nice little text file...... then all this moron has to do is copy & paste them into his html and taaa daaa he has TONS of reviewed galleries and he has to do NO work whatsoever!


Well a month ago he starts a movie post which lists movie galleries...... now movie galleries are hard to come by but being only a month or so old this guy has movie archives in every niche...... for example in the teen movie archives he has 10 pages of teen movies which is about 1000+ movie galleries......... now you can see on his site he DOESNOT take submissions...... but IF you look at any of the links in his archives you will see galleries that were posted to:

I would say maybe 5% are actually submitted to his other site : http://www.pichunter.com and he uses some of these on cliphunter - But the MAJORITY of the links are NOT his....... the main thing is he is letting all these other webmasters do the work while he just sits back copy & pastes, makes $$$$ and grows his site without doing shit! His pichunter is top 10 on sextracker , now this cliphunter is moving up the ranks without him doing shit & constantly complaining that he cant make a buck! But he sure in hell knows how to STEAL! Ohh added bonus he always is trying to sell his sites for OUTRAGEOUS amounts of cash!


The fun part is I see he was confronted 2 times on gfy and totally ignored the questions....... so it would be cool if your in the mood to piss to start a thread asking why GOYTS steals links

Just to clarify shit for you guys, he is not breaking any rules, all those movie galleries are NOT copyrighted to the movie post owner, they are public domain and the owners are i'm sure happy to have Cliphunter linking too them. Cliphunter has created a unique layout and sorted all the links into a new design so there is no copyright infringement.

It all comes down to money...

1. if you stop him linking to your movie post links will it make you any more money
Answer : NO

2. If he continues to rip your movie posts links then his surfers see your advertising (recip) at the top of the page he ripped, they have the option of clicking on it and visiting your site. Can that make you MONEY.
Answer : YES.

I'd personally be happy for the free advertising, maybe thats just me. I like money don't you?

I have RSI in my hands, with carpletunnel syndrome and can barely use the computer for more than 2 hours at a time. Injury in a car accident. I only know computers so I have no choice but to copy, someone want to sue me over it, go for it I have no money and no income. I'd prefur not to copy but have no choice the site is small and my hours are very limited. Its just not worth my time getting gallery submissions. I'm not hurting anyone and infact I'm sending hits out to these bigger sites.

The sites dead anyways, i'm closing it down soon.

who cares -- this has been common practice from the beginning of TGP's... Everybone knows if you get posted at a big TGP, lots of the little TGP's will pick up your galleries too...

i am actually working on zipping the content files for all the girls now. soon we will have the webmaster promotion up and running :thumbsup

As a TGP poster I'm more than happy to have small TGP's pick up my galleries from submissions to larger ones.

Of course the TGP poster doesn't mind. I'm guessing the tgp webmasters would get rather annoyed that someone was mooching their reviewed galleries though. I mean sure, it's not exactly hard work, but it's time consuming.

If you're too lazy to review galleries, join a gallery pool or something. Don't ripoff other webmasters. That's just lame.

well it is not a problem to steal galleries from ohter TGPs
but when he spider your site ... he probably make you
alot of nocookie traffic. so how it will probably fuck up all
the small sites but guess he is only grab gallereies from
large TGPs

Please tell me how in the holy graces of hell (unless the TGP owner has purchased the content) the TGP "owns" the gallery listing. It is mighty wide of you all to say that you own the links.. wait or do they belong to the guy that actually bought the content. Well my question is that if you are using Matrix Content in a gallery and did not buy the content and the TGP owner wants to "own" the link then who am i suing? Who then is responsible for the bill is all i want to know.

As for GOTYS we are working with him very closely on pichunter to make it a really great TGP.
He does not need to justify himself he has one of the top 10 TGP's and has worked really hard to get it there.

Very little of what is written in that mail is true.

I can see how people can own the TITLES for the galleries, as they review them and type their own titles, which may be quiet time consuming. That's about all they can own or claim to own.... Internet is not someone's house, interet is public-domain and always will be.
