i have a nikon coolpics instamatic... 6MP

takes decent pics for a PnS...

now the 40d i just got, thats a whole different story ;)

I have about 4 cameras here from my point and shoot Kodak up to a pro canon

If its just for general high quality pics anything over about $250 bucks should do the job,of course everyone will have a favourite but with todays technology most produce a great result I think :)
