What a tgp need for legal duty

Anyone know what i minimaly need to be legal ...

exemple .. do i need to put a 'if you 18 or less' enter / leave page ?

do i have to put links to the 'ensure to be 18 years old models' from my affiliates ?

Yeah thats what i did before, and what ive done after posting this thread ...

Its just that one guy sent me a message telling me i could have problem with that ... not even sure he realized it was a tgp ... think he wanted to sell me sumthing ... anyway .. i think im good for now
