Denmark, here we go again - this is why our country soon will be owned by outlaws
 

Recently a young girl was kept captured by a group of other girls in a public restroom for about an hour where they burned her with cigarettes, cut her in the scalp, puked on her and peed on her...

Today they the group of girls were trialed... 3 of them went free, under the age of 15 - so the danish law can't do shit... the remaining two girls aged 15 and 19 each got 40 days of "Ok, this time. But if you do this again, you will go to jail for those 40 days"

In other words, they also went free!!!... and even if they didn't.. 40 days?! Are you fucking kidding me..

But this story is nothing speciel.. this is how all these cases works in Denmark.. you can beat a man up so he wont ever speak again and you'll probably get a couple of months in jail..

Denmark is a fucking joke...

I always thought Denmark was a nice place to visit. You should contact a reporter and do something about this...

On hard violence the Danish system is not working as it should.

I also agreee that it is totally without sense that you can't do something to a 14 year old.
Tehse girls should at least be institutionalized for 6 months.

The 19 year old should have gotten 1 year for severe humilition and for destroying another persons life.

BUT when it comes to Ecomonical crimes you get at least 8 years for considering not beeing a electric bill.

I have been very unsatisfied with the legal system lately here in Denmark as well.

Where do you think he got the story from ? It's quiet normal in Denmark, murder will get you out in less than 5 years as well.
A child rapist would many times go to a open prison so they can get out on the streets during the day and go to school if they decide to educate themself. There was a small scandal about that once as a prison took several childmolesters weekly to a swimming pool, unfortunately at the same time the schools took the kids swimming as well :Oh crap
Someone doing economical crime will do more time than a murder or child rapist, it's pretty sick

Yes the justice system in Denmark is fucked up... child molesters or how it is spelled, gets so little time it scary and they are destroying young girls, and when big men make economic crimes they get 6 times as much time in jail, and they didnt even hurt nobody really

I would think the politicians want discipline and hard punishment in economic crimes, because it cheats the politcians from taxing those funds, so the politicians have less money to buy voters with, while child molesters running around free will create fear, which will make people handover their freedom to the politicians/state.

Tuff on economic crimes = more taxes
Letting child molesters running amok = more police state

Win/Win situation for the politicians/state, which might explain why politicians have succeeded in making Denmark the place with the highest personal taxes on the entire planet.

Oh boy, let's see. If you are under 15, you cannot be trialed and as such are handed over to the social services (as the girls in this case are) - anyone thinking being in that system is a walk in the park doesn't know what they are talking about imo and they didn't "go free" - you really want to jail girls under the age of 15? wtf!

First time conviction is almost always a lower punishment, especially if people are very young and the crime isn't that serious (not saying what they did in this case isn't serious, but it sure can get a whole lot worse).

I guess some people would rather punish people than try to rebuild them and figure out wtf made them behaive like that in the first place. Even though it's been proven over and over that sending people to jail with no rehabilitation program doesn't do shit - other than educate them to be better and hard criminals.

But this conviction established that the 15 & 19 year old girl, that didn't do anything (didn't prevent it either), can be convicted even though they never laid a finger on the girl.

So I fail to see how this is some grave injustice, sure it's horrible that this shit happens, but grave injustive that leads to Denmark being run by outlaws ROFL

It wasn't until a couple of years ago it was made illegal to excape from jail.
Until then you didn't get extra time if you escaped it only affected your chance of parole and had a disiplinary punishment. :D

They are not taken into the care of social services what happens in most cases is that they sit down and have a talk with parents and a psychologist only in cases where there is neglect by the parents they are removed from the home.
A lot of youngerst under the age of 15 speculate in this because basicly the government can not do anything.

And neglect is in most cases the cause of them misbehaiving in the first place...

the same thing happened in my city a month or two ago. the underaged girls that tortured their friend (another girl) even released 5 minute cell phone clip in public. and as i hear was a real rape. gruesome! :(

jeez! don't tell the gangbangers in Los Angeles! They may move to Denmark!
