program that uploads specified folders to ftp?
 

is there a program that can upload specified folders and subfolders to the ftp every few minutes or hours? and if the files inside folders/subfolders already exist (if they're both same size) in ftp it will skip them? and if the file sizes do no match in size it will reupload that file..? thx

You can schedule uploads in advance and you can set the preferences for it to overwrite smaller/bigger files and skip identical size ones.

Don't know if you can set it up to do so over and over again, but you might :) it's a nice simple program
