It seems like the vigilante guy was over stepping his boundaries with the officer. It's one thing to report, record and hand over to the police. But, when you start trying to tell the cop how to do his job, you go from vigilante to pushy douche bag.

I guarantee that driver wouldn't have done that again, after that scaring he received, even if he didn't get arrested. But now his life is ruined. Congrats douche bag vigilante!
