How do we sign up?

I see a 'webmaster' link but it's just your e-mail address.

That's where you should put a link to your sign-up page, which appears to be through Epoch.

That's the page with the incorrect link, at the bottom, the one that says 'Webmaster', it's currently linking to your e-mail address, not the webmaster join page.
