i think a lot of people give a shit... alpha is cogent's biggest customer.... in the 100's of Gigs

my sites are up but I had one rough week with them not so long ago, sites being down for like 12 hours per day every second day

alphared is the biggest joke in hosting. so many stories i could share but no idea where id begin.

agreed. Everytime i have a client use them, the server situation is a complete clusterfuck. 3 minute support jobs taking days, etc.
