I have a question for anyone that knows about web cam sites... SPAM ME!
 

Hi everyone!
I have a question... Are there any webcam studios or websites that pay the girl by the minute or hour when they are not in a private show? I would like to set up a studio, I recently purchased another house and want to put like 10 beds in it, and hire some girls. If I were to work them in 8 hour shifts, I would have the capacity to have 30 different girls on per day. The thing is, I want them to work in-house, otherwise I will encounter the problem that they don't make money right away, and flake out. Or, like any other commission only job, they will come and go as they please. I want to offer them a salary, I can bankroll them for a couple of weeks if there is such a studio. I want to thank you all in advance for your help

If you find one let me know cause I'd love to have my girls work a site like that. I doubt you'll find very many though. I've known some sites to pay hourly when they startup to get girls to work the site but it doesn't last. I'll most likely do that with the site I'm running once I can get a few girls working in the studio steady.
