Birthday cake I had made for my dad...
We had a surprise 75th bday party for him, so we thought we'd get him something special: His favorite food in cake form!

That's a lot of fondent. Cool stuff. I have done a lot of cakework too. Was considering going into the custom desert business for awhile. You can do some amazing stuff if you're good (I wasn't good enough ;) )

Darn, I wish I had pictures of it, but my last marriage I had my wedding at DisneyLand and my cake was in the shape of Cinderella's castle, with a crystal pumpkin coach and crystal horses in the driveway.
It was a 1940's wedding and the guys wore zoot suits and my girls wore 1940's dresses, hats and gloves. The marriage didn't last, but boy what a fun party!:thumbsup :1orglaugh |
