I find it obscene that I have to be exposed to and encouraged daily to choose the almighty god that these bible beaters believe in. I find it obscene that no matter where I go I see litter from the religious right trying to encourage me into their cult. I find it obscene that the practice of real time spamming and littering throughout the community is not considered illegal. What gives these fanatical ill informed believers the right to disperse at will this propaganda. You don't see me running up in your churches putting porno flyers all over the place, forcing you to look at my scathing pornography. For a country that prides itself on the diversity and all accepting attitude, the god freaks sure do like to force their propaganda down peoples throats. I wonder how a Muslim in line at the Togos sandwich place feels knowing that he is following the wrong god, or so he's told.

Everytime I hear GW Idiot on tv talking about God watching over people in times of need, I think what a travesty and slap in the face to all of the other religions practiced by the nations citizens. God God God. I'm tired of hearing that freakin old hick talk about God and religion so much. How can the government take a side? "In God We Trust". Shouldn't the separation of church and state forbid a government that governs so many people with different religious beliefs remain neutral?

Seeing this kind of bullshit really burns my ass.

BTW, I know this is for Jehovah witness freaks. Its all the same to me. I see lots of christianity propaganda all over too. This is just one example.

Well as every ideology and movement with mass appeal, church is making a lot of bank, not to mention all the property they were able to "gain" over the all past years.

I am living in a place with 21 pct. of believers, yet the government recently agreed to pay to the church 4 billions of dollars as "reparations" to what they suffered behind the iron courtain..

No thanks. I like my giant condo for half the price that people pay for in other areas. I live in a great neighborhood. I didn't say that it was only in my own neighborhood. I see it all over Hollywood, at the beaches, when I go to San Diego downtown, everywhere. Pretty much everywhere one of these cretin cockaroaches can get a lift to.

About once every two months, Alamo church would flyer the AVN parking lot.

It was really tempting to go to the Alamo church parking lot on a sunday morning and flyer the cars with porn slicks. :-)

The picture I took was at the sub shop. THese fucking flyers were everywhere, you couldn't avoid them. I guess my point is, if they can do it why can't we? What is not obscene to us, is to others (porn), as is religion can also be obscene to me and not the religious freaks. Neither is against the law to exist, but one takes extra leeway and thinks its ok to try to convert the "bad people" to their cult. If we started flyering sub shops we'd be served and would have to appear before a judge.

What I think is obscene is how some people think they are better than all others.

My neighbors were very Christian, and thought they were better than everyone else. However, the longer they lived next to me the more I saw the truth. They were very lazy people. Well, two weeks ago they got kicked out. Turns out they hadn't paid their rent for the past three months. They had turned the water off and the entire landscaping died, thousands of dollars of damage. The inside.... Was also thrashed.

So much for being high and mighty!

So it would be totally fine for me to take soft, non nude flyers for adult materials under the guise of first amendment and ask people to view more pornography?

I'm really serious with my question because if two entities that are both legal on opposing sides cannot compete fairly, where is the democracy?

I should be able to make flyers that have a sexy girl on them fully clothed that say "View more Pornography"

and no one could do a damn thing about it. Right?

I one time met up with a lady in Santa Monica, on 3rd street that was on her way to D.C to have "In God We Trust" removed from American currency. She claimed that God made pot, and since pot was illegal (at the time, this was like 16 years ago) she wanted in God We trust removed from the currency since we can trust the plant that can heal all.

She had all these really cool facts about hemp and weed, and THC.

And then of course we got crazy high, and I don't know what happened to her after that.

I guess the paper is good for the tramps in the winter time plus it doubles up for toilet paper for them so it does have some good uses in the end

That looks like someone just strategically "dropped" that one in that bin. Thats a sneaky way to go about it, you can do that too. Hell, I've seen business cards which on the back, look just exactly like a $5 bill folded up. The trick is to "accidently" drop them while you browse around stores (and make sure they land face down). By the time the person who eagerly snatches it up knows what hit em, they've been spammed, lol.

see that i can get behind. i think that the government should be neurtral, but indeed they are not. the government is christian.

when i was going through my court case, in all the court rooms there was all this religious shit on the walls and stuff. i wondered how comfortable a hindu man or a muslim would feel if he was on trial for something serious. the whole "you're not one of us" thing could take you over easily.

oh well, back to life.

I don't know how bad it is in CA, but in TX it's pretty over the top at times. You can't walk in downtown Ft. Worth or Dallas without being approached multiple times by people trying hand you propaganda papers of some sort. Some will actually get angry if you walk by without stopping or refuse to take their paper. They particularly like to stand near the doors of bars and concerts and harass people as they come out.

I recently moved and now we get god spam in our mailbox. I got this huge color catalog from some church a half hour away advertising their five day anti-evolution seminar. I called the number on the back and asked to be removed from the propaganda mailing list.

I find religion offensive and those who believe in invisible men in the sky scare me.
