I'm all for the hands free cell phone laws but what about outlawing careless women...

Technically all distractions are against the law.

If you had a no make up law, you would end up with someone coming on GFY saying ZOMG they can not apply makeup but they can still pluck their eyebrows because it doesnt say no plucking.

Hell what about difficult food to eat while driving. Should burgers maybe be ok, but not a tostada?

I think it's ri-god-damn-diculous that the state has to create laws that are really just a tax on stupidity.


Is it really to hard to just build a cell chip into a car and turn the whole car into a phone? You could forward numbers to it, just by turning it on. Better yet, why not create a heads up display that projects a video image of the person you are talking to on your windshield. Then you could focus on your conversation while keeping a loose focus on the road.

On second thought, why not just eliminate cell phones all together. I'll start. My phone is officially going into the trash.
