About the company

An established, expanding adult novelty and media company is seeking an opportunistic FULL-TIME SALES professional to join our team! Centrally headquartered near downtown Cleveland, this multi-faceted adult industry which provides wholesale distribution of adult novelties and media, operates over 50 video and adult novelty retail stores in CA, IN, MA, NY, OH, PA, and WV and produces and maintains website content and print media for the adult industry. The company is aggressively pursuing new business opportunities with expansion of our wholesale distribution to include Internet fulfillment, video on demand, diversification of our own branded product line and opening additional retail locations in new market areas.

Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for a hands on person who is capable of managing day to day relationships with our vendors that produce adult videos and novelties. Currently we have a relationship with over 2000 studios. You will be working with our sales manager on a daily basis to generate contracts with existing accounts and prospecting for new business. While we understand you may not know every technical detail, we are looking for someone who wants to learn and has an attitude to get things done in our professional, dynamic, and multi-divisional environment. Minimal travel required.

Required Qualifications:

Excellent written and oral communication skills
Contract negotiation skills
Self-motivated as this is primarily a sales / relationship job
Highly organized and proficient with email / word / excel
Ability to use Act2008 CRM software is a plus

Because most of the production studios are on the west coast, hours will be based on PST normal business hours
