Years ago I played paintball with a bunch of French students going to college at the University of Kansas. Those people absolutely reeked of body odor. I know the Kansas summers can be brutal but god damn wear some deodorant. The first couple of games it was them against us. We could literally smell them downwind from us. Tracking them down was easy. Shooting them was hard though. They hid behind the bunkers without even looking out to fire back at us.

If you really live in Calgary why is this even a concern? Alberta has like 2% French population - try living here in Winnipeg and then maybe you can complain about French people.. half the bloody city is French.

You've got to take Metaboy with a certain level of.... humor. I see people getting all bent out of shape over his comments and it makes me laugh, because I "get" the guy. People hate him, I'd have a beer with him anytime.

Most of the shit he posts is just for entertainment value only. The fact that it riles up certain folk is probably just a side bonus.


Me, I live right in the heart of the French Quarter of Winnipeg, and have done so for a long time now. I've dated many French girls. I'd say the stinky box ratio from them to all the other girls I've been with is about even. (as in quite low)

None of the French girls I dated had hairy pits.

A lot of Europians don't wear de-odourant, in France I hear it's tough to even find it. They just wear tons of cologne to cover up the stank.

Maybe I'm thinking Italy? The ex-gf did a tour of Europe last year and had a hard time finding any, also said people generally smelled badly of bo and cologne there. Of course they probably don't notice if they all smell the same...

A friend of mine going on a road trip to Vancouver told me that he had to literally hold his nose while going across Alberta... He told me that not only was the odor (of feces) staggeringly offensive but he was also terribly appalled at what looks like government experiments where cow DNA was mixed with the DNA of local ladies... Disturbing :warning
