Well, why would anyone pay the mastercard fees? I wonder how many people have MasterCard exclusively (as opposed to Visa only.) Plus, with Mastercard with such a small percentage compared to visa, where do they come up with a higher fee?

Ron Caldwell (CCbill CEO) mentioned something awhile back about a meeting he attended with Visa & how Visa had said that all these companies that are funneling the US based webmasters over to EU processing, isn't going to fly. He said that Visa will be contacting the Visa International merchant banks soon or something.

Its somewhere on GFY within the last 2 weeks.
