If you cannot contact any hosts support with their in house contacts then it is time to move period. There is NO excuse for having to chase down a host for support, plain and simple...:2 cents:

never had an issue with their support, very friendly and answers the phone within 3 rings, even at 5 am. Emails are responded to within 15 - 30 mins as well.
