Fund a PAYONEER account with an EPASSPORTE debit card ?
 

to make a long story short, i cant use epassporte cause my bank in Spain (the 2nd largest of the country) does not allow me to confirm my account with any of my credit card... Epassporte customer service being what it is, it's impossible for me to get a valid Epassporte account and debit card.

SO i have payoneer. But is it possible to fund a payoneer account with an epassporte card ?

It's possible to fund a payoneer account with a credit and a debit card visa (electron for the debit) i tried them both and they work fine. Question is : does it work as well with an epassporte card ?
