Paypal problems anyone?
 

Here i am trying to buy traffic from Choker, and paypal refuses to transfer the money on the pretext that my credit card company doesn't allow transactions with Mr. Chapman. I've used paypal a couple times with other people and it worked fine. So i can't pay with my credit card so i figured i would transfer funds from my bank account, but of course they don't allow it from Canadian bank accounts.
WTF am i supposed to do now?

paypal me all your money and someday i'll send you a cheque

It sounds like Pay Pal has choaker blocked. ??? Pay Pal works perfect unless the party you are trying to send to, is on their "Blacklist"??

nah it says that my credit card company is the one responsible. How could choke sell so much traffic if he's blacklisted from paypal? That's the only method of payment he uses

Well in that case, you need to call PP on Monday, and/or your CC company and find out what the problem is:)
