iBill oddities - paysite owners

I am running own paysite.
I am using iBill there.

It happened to me already 2 times that although I have new member in the members area, iBill does not show me this member in his statistics (Read: this member probably pays to iBill, but iBill won't pay me for him!)

Maybe I am stupid idiot and I cannot find the member in iBill's statistics, but I hope I'm not :) ...

Is there anybody here who can explain it?
Or anybody who has similar experiences?

That certainly sounds strange.

Do you see an increase in bandwidth when usernames are added which are not showing up in the IBILL CMI? Someone might have "hacked" or is sending fraudulent commands to your members adding script(s).

Na, its that fucked up Ibill admin. If you look them up by e-mail you find them in the setup section but not in customer service. In customer service you have to use the transaction I.D. not the e-mail address. Depending on where you search you may or may not find your customers. Try searching in every section and search for the username, e-mail, and transaction I.D. in each. Eventually you will find them.

Is it possilbe IBill shaves? That wouldn't surprise me considering IBill owes me tens of thousands of dollars.

There have been two times where I have joined a paysite (through IBill) and I was never charged for it and I still have access.

One member cannot affect increasing bw...

I see this new member in my database. I was searching in iBills stats with Transaction ID, PinCode ID, and with email address and this member IS NOT in the iBills stats.

it's VERY strange...
I think that nobody can Hack the system, because
there are used PinCodes and in the case he wants to hack it, I will see it in Server-LOG

I was confused when it happens first time, but now I'm totaly frustrated :)

I often have guys hacking Ibill pincodes...It's actually easier than brute forcing an ID. These members will not show up in the CMI obviously.

If the member signed up recently like the same day you looked him up its probably because Ibill is slowing in transfering the data from the processing server to the stats server... can take like 5 hours sometimes.

Also, one thing Ive noticed is Ill have a customer everyonce in a while that gets charged for like say february for a month to month then I see the next charge was like june then month to month thereafter. For some reason ibill just decided not to bill for a few months and there was no declines... Ibill just fucked like that..
