I think oil will definitely hit $180 this year and I would love to see that happen. People seriously have to change their behaviour regarding pollution, especially Americans.

Post the specific link that states a President has the power to suspend elections. Only the congress has the power to make law and I am not aware of any law the congress has passed that gives the President the power to suspend elections. Presidential directives are not law BTW.
