Submitpasses.com?
I've been trying to get traffic using this site for weeks. I finally got my account approved after emailing them but it's been at least a week since I put an order in for a pass and I receive no contact. How do I get in touch with these people?

On average I must be emailing 10 times every time I have a problem to get fix. Their communication fucking sucks.
Eg : I signed up for a richards realm pass on june 13th. It simply disapeared from my account a while after. I sent an email asking them what was up with that, and I got another confirmed transaction email and pending pass in the account. A few days later, it disapeared again... Today, I've been told the reason why the pass didn't go through is that I was using a free email. They could have told me that the first emails I sent, problem would have already been fixed. So I figured out just email them over and over, and when you're tired, hit up mark directly and he'll get shit done for you. I don't know how much money I've spent on non working passes from nochanlance (by not watching my submitter and emailng them when a pass just simply stops working for no reason) over the years, but it's certainly a couple hundread bucks. |

I also can't figure out where to use this login at to submit! :( |
Hey guys i apologize for the issues you're having and if you feel you have overpaid for certain passes due to inconsistent communications with our staff please contact me and I will get you compensated.
We just went thru some staffing changes that I think will make a big difference in our customer support. We also implemented a new backend automated system and we're still working out some small bugs (don't we all love technology LOL!). Anyways feel free to give Devin, Crystal or myself a shout and we will get you all sorted out. Sorry again and thanks for your understanding, |
Well, I have yet to see if I've overpaid for certain passes, I just want to use them lol.
I sent a message to 473085121 but no response.. |
Where can i find the updated list of available spots?

http://client.submitpasses.com/ As soon as you are approved, you should see all the submitpasses available in the new automated system and you should also see the new passes we just released from Free6.com Thanks, DH |
Mark can I get compensated for looking at that avatar?
A free pass to free6.com will be sufficient. Thanks in advance! |

This ICQ thing is not helping, could someone shoot me an email to [email protected] or something. I just need to know the URL to use the friggin' pass at. |
Dre, buy from RR directly. Hes a nice guy..you dont want to deal with GTS.

I am having similar problems with them. A few weeks back I bought a pass for Snakesworld and I never received a url to submit to. I figured it out by using Google, but I lost 3 or 4 days on the pass.
On another occassion I renewed a pass and was invoiced for it. In the past 2 years that meant they would debit my CC automatically, but to my surprise that did not happened and I was told by the TGP that my account was about to expire. Crystal of submitpasses then replied to me saying that I should inform them whenever I have a new invoice and tell them to debit my card. Pretty complicated! Right now, another pass login that I paid for is repeatedly not working for about one week. I emailed support, John, Crystal over the past week, but none of them replied or took care of the problem. The 2 icq numbers just got a message from me, but are not available either. Ever since they have the new system, things just don't run smooth anymore. Hope they will be able to fix this as I have always been happy to use their services. |

Most of the sites on their list will deal with you directly :) |

If you're buying insurance from a broker - you are simply using a broker to find the deal for you and deal with the many different insurance companies, It's not like you can't call up any of those insurance companies without the broker, the broker is just meant to make it more convenient. in this case, if it's more convenient to go straight to the site owner, there's no problem with that. |
I would go directly to the webmasters but there is no way to find out who that is on the sites I'm trying to get passes for.

Ya know, maybe I am the exception (I doubt it) but I have been using GTS services for years and have never had a problem that was not fixed in a timely manner. Sure they have had their issues, (like the database conversion that went to hell). In that case I had half my passes either go away or get the dates all boned up. Devin worked with me directly and spent at least 3 hours that day getting me squared away with both their end and talking to the tgps directly to get me back online and submitting. If some of you have had problems with them in the past then you are certainly entitled to your opinions but for me I have been more than happy to let them keep me submitting while they deal with each of the sites. Devin was very quick to jump on this thread just like ha has been quick to jump on my issues in the past. Take him up on it and talk to him directly when you have problems. |
