PENNYWIZE = no answer ????
In a world like internet, where everything goes super fast, I expect
to get an answer within 24 hours when I email a customer service. I have a technical question, a running website and I need answers. My members are allready Emailing me regarding some issues with you guys. Why do we always have to make it a public issue on order to get some attention by some companies ??? :disgust PENNYWIZE...... where are you ?? |

when we used pennywize they stopped our service cuz my credit card didnt go through (had changed the # cuz it had been stolen) and they only informed me of it after a few days of zero protection.. very quicky changed to proxypass after that one

There are many solutions on the market for password protection. We recommend ProxyPass to most of our clients, truly without financial incentive. The product works so well that I warranty all MojoHost clients members areas against fault in the script and password theft. If something breaks, they're not paying the overage. Based on my experience, it's consistency and performance is tops.
Outside of that, I really like Ray from StrongBox and that appears to also be a great product. Brad |
