I run an immensely popular escort directory and review site in South Florida. We recently did a "Incentivized Promotion" with AdultFriendFinder and it worked very well. I believe that we can also get great results with a porn program as well. Here's how it works.

I Give FREE ADVERTISING on my site to all Independent escorts and sell advertising to the escort services. Also, any guy can come to my site and surf around totally for free. However, I sell a VIP Membership on an optional basis that get's him -- among other things -- a $25 - $50 discount from any of the girls that advertise on the site. This has worked very well for 9 years.

If the guy uses his membership just once, it pays for itself. Obviously, this makes it a pretty easy decision for most guys. I've sold over 2,000 memberships --- not bad considering this is just a Florida site.

With AFF I had a promotion where if a guy signed up for AFF through me, they would get a FREE MEMBERSHIP on my site. This went over very well. AFF sold many 3 month and 12 month Memberships and got a bunch of upsells, too. I got their standard PPS payout.

I am looking to do the same thing with ONE Porn Program. You don't have to be the biggest or best payout to get my interest. Perhaps a smaller, more agressive company is the way for me to go. But I'm certainly open-minded to working with the "Big Boys"

In General, you need to be flexible and willing to explore some win-win-win situations. In specific, you DO need to be willing to coordinate a couple of the accounting aspects of this in order for it to work smoothly in terms of crediting people with the proper memberships.

Each of you have some pluses and some minuses. It's hard for me to narrow it down to some 'semi-finalists'.

In general, I'm looking for a formula that works great for all parties. Keep in mind that I am looking for an incentive to give my people to join YOUR site.

Many of my Members are pretty porn-savvy. If I offer something 'standard' or 'same ol' .. same ol'", they'll see through it in a heartbeat.

On a community site with a very active forum such as mine, the word would get out pretty fast that we're not doing something truly unique and the promotion would back-fire.

So, I need to create something different .. something that gives value to my members and leads to good quality sales for you.

Here's an idea I'm floating around. Tell me if you can accomodate this.

Could --- would --- you set me up as an affiliate where the people I send you get a FULL MONTH of acceess FOR FREE -- with a CC -- or without -- your choice.

To make it worthwhile for you to all conversions to regular membership would be paid to us on a REVSHARE basis. We would ask for only 75% of your regular payout.

Let's say your regular payout is 60%. We would get 45% (60 * .75 = 45)
If your payout is 50% then we get 37.5%

Would the reduction in the revshare make it worthwhile for the FREE MONTH?

That's the question.

Now, if any of you have any ideas how I can incentivize my members to join your site, please let me know. I'm open to all suggestions.

Please realize an important difference between what I do and your typical affiliate. Running a community site with a forum opens me up to comments and criticism from my members.

I'm looking to offer them something new and different in terms of a promotional tie-in with one of you guys. The tricky part is to develop something that is indeed new and different but is also do-able and worthwhile for all parties.

If what I'm proposing isn't do-able or worthwhile for you guys, that's fine. Kindly let me know why and I'll re-think things and try to develop something that is a better fit.
