VNC tools is a pretty damn good program

Its nice and compact

i agree VNC is better and smaller

Try RadminRemote administrator
You can download a free versin from their site, that runs in 30 days...
It runs as a "service" so you can even reboot your system from a remote box. I use it for all my customers, and had never had any probs.
