pretty sick bench bra, congrats

CarlosTheGaucho 06-25-2008 10:07 AM

I am buying me some iron for my birthday too.

Lost about 25 pounds of muscle over the past 3 years and I don't want to be heading towards the twink times anymore.

JamesK 06-25-2008 10:32 AM

Damn that looks great, how much was it? I need some new training equipment too

JamesK 06-25-2008 10:34 AM

Ah it's a bench only. I thought the weights were included.

Violetta 06-25-2008 10:34 AM

It's made for weight lifting, so obviously it's strong. When are you going to stop dropping retarded posts in every thread?

I bought the weights somewhere else.

Jman 06-25-2008 08:07 PM

I think for a guy like you it would be wiser to invest in plastic surgery then weights :2 cents:

After Shock Media 06-25-2008 08:09 PM

Personally I find clothes hampers much cheaper and take up much less room.

bloggingseo 06-25-2008 08:11 PM

xxxdesign-net 06-25-2008 08:16 PM

Planning to get laid this summer?

Defiance Inc 06-25-2008 08:30 PM

I bought the Nautilus home gym at costco a few years ago. It was the best buy ever. I think it was $350 or $400, came with 300lbs in weights, Olympic bars, 2 pull bars (wide and narrow), adjustable pegs for squatting and incline bench etc. Super stable, only thing that broke was the leg extension joint (after 3 years of solid use/abuse). Though it was the weakest link, I was doing all 300lbs and used it for incline sit ups.

tony286 06-25-2008 08:32 PM

very cool,be careful.

V_RocKs 06-25-2008 09:40 PM

payd2purv 06-25-2008 09:41 PM

What kind of computer nerd needs a weight lifting set?

You porno guys are weird..

qwe 06-25-2008 09:41 PM

i bought a bunch of shit like that before too, but you probably won't workout at home... dont waist time with that, going to the gym is the only way

NE1469 06-25-2008 09:43 PM

hows is that going to make you taller then 4'11? Dutch twinks never learn.

Vick! 06-25-2008 10:28 PM

No offense, but it looks like for ladies .. or guys of age 16. Weight sets are just too small for guys of your age.

carol.prime 06-26-2008 09:07 AM

cool! you should post your pic now and we'll take a look on your after pic as well. :)

mrwilson 06-26-2008 10:20 AM

I hope its got more weights then that, shit i could lift them with my dick.
Good fror a beginner though, i used to have something similar when i was younger, i now have a more upright positioned multi gym.

SayWhut 06-26-2008 10:22 AM

No dumbells?

The lat pull down looks like it can snap with some decent weight on it ....

No squat rack either ... very disappointing Franck.

WarChild 06-26-2008 10:27 AM

Well that's better than nothing, for sure. However, it's always better to go to a gym if you have the time and can do it.

If you read the thread then you wouldve seen my comment that i bought and will buy extra weights. You can squat using that thing, cant you really see how? And yes it can handle enough of weights. Im not sure whats so very dissapointing.

woj 06-26-2008 10:29 AM

pretty nice setup :thumbsup

Whats wrong with you guys? Cant you see its a fucking picture from a fucking website. Do you know you can buy weights seperatly? Yes you reaaaallly can. I know it sounds amazing but over here in Holland i can buy as many weights as i want. Amazing isnt it.

MetaMan 06-26-2008 10:31 AM

Same goes for you. Look, i'll explain it one more time. When you buy this set here in Holland we have the freedom to buy additional weights. I know i know, that sounds really crazy but its true. I can buy that set AND buy extra weights!!! Its hard to believe but its really true.

Yes you can use the barbell to squat with, if you wanted to kill yourself at the same time.

I suppose it's an alright set up for the casual lifter.

I prefer the gym! :thumbsup !
