Third Party Processors ( Epoch/CCBill/Etc ) for latin webmasters ?!?!?

Hey guys! how are you ? hope everything is fine there :P

I'm in the process of launching a paysite and when i thought i had everything cooked up, it seems there is no simple processing option for honest hard working latin webmasters :(

Anyway, i know there are plenty of latin webmasters here, many with own aff programs, i was wondering if anyone could give me a clue of how to proceed in order to get any third party processor i like to accept me as a client ?

I guess the answer would be to "integrate" to the US / Europe regions as i was said by a third party processor support. Off course i'm not planning to move, i'm happy in my latin country :P So what i need is a quick and why not cheap (I already pay taxes in my country, dont want to pay twice of them when i would only be integrating into another country so the processor thinks i'm trusty :P) solution in order to get accepted by any third party processor!

So, anybody could assist me on how i should proceed ? Is there any quick / easy / cheap way to register a company in the US / Europe so i can start processing my payments ? Is there any other option ?

Thanks a lot in advice guys! Hope someone could help me out with this, i would really appreciate it a lot!

/s

As far as I know you CAN register to process with CCBill if you have a registered company in your country (there's an option for non-US/EU countries) but you can't be Visa approved, so that's sort of sucky...

I think Verotel offers access to all countries equally but I'm not sure. Sorry to not being able to provide more help :(

Hi tblocker!

In order to process with EU based processor you need to have European incorporation (Visa/MC rules). I can help you with that. We process credit and debit cards world-wide in 11 currencies. I am sure we will be able to help. Additionally we offer cascading, cross-sales and direct debit solution.

You can contact me via ICQ - 317-126-196 or email: [email protected].

Tblocker - In order to process Visa transactions, your company and at least one of its principals must be located in the same Visa region where the transactions are acquired.

Translation: If you wish to use a 3rd party biller (IPSP) you can not process Visa transactions in your particular Visa region unless there is a 3rd party solution in your (Visa) region. Beware of anyone who tells you anything different. This is a Visa rule, not a rule of any country or processor.

Epoch can process transactions for businesses in the following countries:
U.S.A, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, and the United Kingdom.

If you would like further information about our services to determine if we are a good fit for your needs, don't hesitate to contact us.

Ooops, I meant to say: "It's not so hard man, it's impossible!"

Because of Visa regulations.

Ok, thanks a lot for all the answers :) I already contacted Rico, which dam i heard was a nice guy but this is too much LOL! he really gave me some useful information and was really nice :) Thanks a lot Rico!

I will be contacting the rest ( The ones owning a billing solution ) later :P Thanks too :)

Here it is an update for the latin webmasters in my situation ... If you want to be able to process VISA which you probably will if you are serious enough :P You will need to have someone grounded on the region where you will register as Rand from Epoch explained.

So the most difficult part will be founding the person grounded on the region you will be registering :P You have two options for this, or you try to get the passport ( Which at least in my country takes too much time and its not for everyone!!! ) or you find a friend that already has it. Once you have that, you will need to register a company on the place where your grounded friend has his passport. Which is not that difficult cause off course for this you just pay an attorney and he does all the work for you :P The only trouble is that you probably will have to travel there to sign some paper in person :( Trying to confirm if this is true :P

So in my case my grounded friend is in Spain ( For people that could integrate in the US - have a friend living there to sign the biller papers - i was said that Delaware and Nebada where the best states to do this for their tax free stuff ) which is great cause in EU you dont have to pay the VISA Fees!!! ( Which on the other hand remember you must pay them for each processor you will be using, so if you are planning to cascade with 3 billers, that will be Visa Fees x 3 )

So right now i'm in the process of finding a serious attorney that could do this type of papers for me in an easy / quick way so i can start the third party biller signup :P Of course that i'm looking some sort of tax free company creation cause as i already stated, i already pay taxes in my country and i'm creating the company only so third party billers accept me (Actually VISA, third party billers request this onbehalf of Visa regulations), i'm not planning to move there, all my company work is done here in my country! I guess even when the word does not sound good in my country, this is what is called an off-shore company :P

So, anybody knows some good attorneys that do this kind of company (Non residential companies / off-shore) settlement in Spain ?

Dam bro! i'm reading all your posts and there is a lot of information there! thanks!

I still would love to hear how you solve it specifically ( There are lots of things not that clear among all that information, like for example what country would be the best to settle the off-shore company, what each specific processor would request to accept you after you have the company, i would hate to register the company and then realicing its not suitable enough!)

My email is : [email protected]

I would appreciate very much if you could contact me to chat when you have a couple of minutes :P

OK guys, so it seems that going with the Gibraltar company creation is the best move. Which sites can you recommend to do this ?

Please only disclose established sites that you or a friend/client of yours used for such purposes, not just sites got from googling it, i can get those too :P I'm willing to find some good, trusted and established companies that do this type of settlements fast.

Maybe some of the EU processors can provide us some good urls please? :P

Thanks a lot! :)

I will write in detail on sat as I am travelling now but yes Gib is the best choice. UK is the cheapest and quickest.
Incorp will enable you to use just one or two more billing processers, still cant use ccbill or epoch.
Merchant account will give you what u need but is more expensive.
wait till weekend ..
